EELISA is a network of ten European universities. We try to work more closely with these partners: in teaching, in research and in the area of innovation. So, for example, networking researchers for joint EU projects, giving students the opportunity to attend a workshop in Madrid or Istanbul, or opening the door to ecosystems of our partner universities for young start-ups.
Our goal as the EELISA team at FAU is to put the right people in touch with each other and to create the infrastructure for this exchange, for example, to promote mobility financially or to simplify registration processes for courses abroad.
The idea of EELISA fits wonderfully with the FAU motto: #FAUtogether. In cooperation with other universities, we can pool our strengths and resources and increase our effectiveness. Of course, we could also work together with partners just like that. But EELISA is intended to facilitate this cooperation between our institutions as a whole through the existing network, financial support and coordinated infrastructures.
