Registration for laboratory practical courses
If you would like to do a laboratory practical course in SS 2024 at FMT, please register here from February 17, 2025 to April 25, 2025. We look forward to your participation!
Confirmation of the course regulations and the safety guidelines (Praktikumsordnung und der Sicherheitsrichtlinie) are a prerequisite for registration!
Actually the course is offered in German but we can also offer the possibility in English.
Fundamentals of Manufacturing Metrology Laboratory Course (GMT): Registration deadline is April 17, 2025! Please note the registration period for experiment dates!
The Manufacturing Metrology Laboratory Practical Course (Praktikum Fertigungsmesstechnik) for mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and mechatronics master students includes five experiments in the field of manufacturing metrology:
- Micro and nano metrology
- X-ray computed tomography
- Strip light projection metrology
- Tactile shape metrology
- Optical measurement of micro components
- Optical angle metrology
- Interferometric length metrology
The Fundamentals of Manufacturing Metrology Laboratory Course (Praktikum Grundlagen der Messtechnik) includes four experiments from different areas of manufacturing metrology:
- Temperature metrology
- Strain and stress measurement
- Inductive and incremental length measurement
- Tactile shape metrology
