The job
You will be part of a global group implementing SAM GUARD at process plants (such as petrochemical, cement, paper, and others). The implementation includes working with customers (mostly process engineers) in modeling their plant, reviewing the results of SAM GUARD‘s machine learning, following project success KPIs, and drawing the right actions based on the results. The job brings together analytics and chemical/operational know-how.
Your tasks
· Analysis of SAM GUARD statistical results, analysis of process data, concluding data
· Presentation and execution of workshops and online daily meetings with customers
· Modeling and assisting customers to model their plant into SAM GUARD
· Coordination of various teams involved in the project, documentation
· Training and support of company's Sales for the product SAM GUARD
· Continuous improvement – providing field feedback and insights from clients to product
· Provide professional process view to R&D and algorithms development teams
We require
· 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Expert/process engineer or related duty in a process plant/unit in a plant operation
· Relevant academic degree in chemical engineering
· Experience in mapping asset structures using P&ID charts – strong advantage
· Strong analytic skills
· Deep knowledge in vibration and control - strong advantage
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai – MUST.
· Reliability, strong customer orientation, enthusiasm and self-initiative, creative approach, and structured way of working
· Affinity for the digital world (IT infrastructure) and the transformation to Industry 4.0
· 20% traveling may be required as some of the work is done at customer sites
