Etherpad
StudOn provides an Etherpad, which, similar to Google Docs, can be used to work together and simultaneously on a document.
How to use the Etherpad:
- Collection of ideas (e.g. listing of seminar offers/wishes).
- Logging of a topic in the team
- Development work in a team
- Working on presentations in the group
Create an Etherpad
The Etherpad is an object in StudOn and is created via the "Add new item" button:
Give the new Etherpad a title, a description if you wish, and click the "Add Etherpad" button.
Online: The object is ready for editing by users. In this example, it is still offline and cannot be used by others.
Show Chat: The chat allows synchronous communication between the people working on the Etherpad.
Show Coloring of Author: Each author can be assigned to a color with this.
The Etherpad is now created. After saving, switch from the "Properties" tab to the "Etherpad" tab (top left).
